His presidential campaign was a running gag; I remember it from the old Smother Brothers Show.

Yeah me too . . .sheesh Ted . . . where were you in the 1960's? ;)

Ted was born in the 1960s.

We are old compared to him.

I enjoyed that show.

I was young as well . . . I was 3 in 1960. :) But I distinctly remember the shows of the 60's.

I remember watching the Smother Brothers! I was probably too young to remember or appreciate Pat Paulsen, though.

I remember watching "Laugh-In" every week. I liked that comedy show more. LOL!

And watching "My Favorite Martian", "Gilligan's Island", "F-Troop", "Hogan's Heroes", re-runs of "The Three Stooges" (which I like a LOT!), "Lost in Space", "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea", "Mr. Ed", "The Beverly Hillbillies", "Green Acres". . . to name a few off the top of my head. :woot:

(For the record, I was born in 1960. . . LOL!) :cheeky:

Ok, ok . . . :)

All those shows were ones I loved. Especially My Favorite Martian.

I was born in 1957. Seems like a lifetime ago when you look at the history of the US. But also, I don't feel that old.

Bedtime. I fell off the low-carb wagon  and ate a lot of Gobstoppers.
