Hey, what are you all doing or what did you do for dinner tonight? I need some ideas. Nothing sounds good so far.

I am going to make pesto chicken. The recipe was posted by a member on a recipe thread.

Tonight? I'll be leading a biology study group so probably nothing decent.

Tomorrow I'll probably start a slab of ribs going around 1pm, and eat them with greens and baked beans.

Me too, I had Chinese for lunch and just ate a salad, but am everything I can come up with to cook seems too much effort. Probably going to be veggie burgers and fruit. :)

Homemade burritos: easy and no one's ever complained about 'em!

Shopped all day, ate out (soup/salad), tonight I ate Ritz crackers with peanut butter and jalapeno peppers, don't laugh, they taste great!

DH once had a PB and white onion sandwich which, to his surprise, was good! (Now, I never had one, and never will, lol!)

I've tried PB/onion sandwiches , they're ok. Did you ever try dill pickes and PB sandwiches? I like those too.

Glad to hear I am not the only one here that eats strange food combos. I had the pesto chicken yest. VERY good and thanks for the recipe. I just couldn't decide on what to make tonight. Hus is out of town so its just me. I still cant settle on anything. So far, I have been snacking on EVERYTHING in the house. Claussen baby dills with the Hershey's chocolate syrup the Hus brought home yest-now that was a snack!!! Actually, I ate so many of them that was dinner.

Snacking till you're full, -- yep, done it too!

We used to LOVE a Numero Uno (chain) fresh garlic and pineapple pizza !! Somehow their particular crust, sauce and those chunks of garlic and the sweet pineapple, were just THE BEST!!
