wanting to get ideas thoughts on what nurses, i guess office nurses. what are you hearing or learning about gluten in our diet. i am trying to go gluten free. doing ok i guess. i am not active in my career at this time, due to some health issues. mainly my back. anyway i mentioned a gluten free diet to my family doctor. i got the opinion he had not heard much on the subject. according to doctor oz, gluten can cause 50 different disorders. one being fibromyalgia.

You are correct! Gluten sensitivity is becoming a major problem here in the US. As the wheat fields have engineered to produce heavier yields, the gluten has also increased. The best thing is to go gluten free for three months and see how you feel. If you don't think you feel any better...try something with gluten and see how you feel.
