    Thanks, herring :-)

I've been following the Russia connection since early in the 2016 campaign. It's breaking wide open.

It's actually tragic that the Republican Party, and neocons in particular, have hitched their wagon to this particular star. They bought themselves what they thought was a tame rubber stamp only to find out that it's a rabid dog, now biting them in the butt.

It's a timeline, a list of events in the order they happened... Nothing says "this happened because of this".

If that's what you're rolling with though, then everything posted in this thread is "non-sequitur" because none of you know what happened, how, or why.

And you obviously don't know what non sequitur means.

Hey itsybitsy, you left out the part where a conservative news outlet, the Washington Free Beacon, first contracted with Fusion GPS to do research on Trump.

And you obviously don't know what non sequitur means.
    Do you?

    Non sequitur:
A non sequitur (Latin for "it does not follow"), in formal logic, is an invalid argument. In a non sequitur, the conclusion is either true or false, but the argument nonetheless asserts the conclusion to be true and is thus fallacious. While a logical argument is a non sequitur if, and only if, it is invalid, the term 'non sequitur' typically refers to those types of invalid arguments which do not constitute logical fallacies covered by particular terms (e.g. affirming the consequent). In other words, in practice, 'non sequitur' refers to an unnamed logical fallacy. Often, in fact, 'non sequitur' is used when an irrelevancy is showing up in the conclusion.
IT'S A TIMELINE. There is no conclusion... yet. Additionally, there are no irrelevancies, only verifiable facts that pertain to the timeline. Nothing in it is saying "this is true because of this". The timeline is saying, this happened, then this entirely other thing happened, and then this happened. It doesn't say, event 1 happened, and because of event 1, event 2 happened.

This is true. Later, those same people abandoned it, and you see in April 2016, HRC picked it up.
