Morning

The lack of sleep made work challenging yesterday.  A very long call and a last minute task to complete didn't help.  Hoping today is better

J was late for dinner as well.  I was patient and just ordered a larger than usual glass of wine

Slept better tonight, hope the migraine is gone for good

Weather continues to be cool although rain will become more common starting tomorrow

Good morning Joe!

Feeling pretty good. Yesterday I prepared and froze about sixty servings for two of husband's favorite vegetables. I like them too, but my favorites are broccoli and green peas. (When my son was six he once asked to have the "little round green things" with dinner)

Today I plan to do house and lawn work while listening to the radio.

Hey, Joe. Isn't there something in wine that is supposed to NOT be good for headaches? Something in the fermentation process? Reds are the really bad, I believe.

Nice, laid back day off. Slept in and then got caught up watching the hearing on TV. Angus finally got me up off the couch to get a good walk in, and then I did an 8 mile bicycle ride. Sheets are in the washer, floors vacuumed, bathrooms cleaned. I thought it was going to rain today, but it cleared off and the sun is shining. If it lasts until tomorrow, maybe I can finally cut the grass. One more to-do, and that is clean up the kitchen, then I will reward myself with some Netflix.

The mention of peas makes me think of a silly poem I learned as a kid:

I eat my peas with honey,

I've done it all my life.

It makes the peas taste funny,

but it keeps them on my knife.

Ta Da!

Red wine can trigger migraines, I've started switching to white
