You are reading page 2 of The Question Mark Equation. If you want to start from the beginning Go to First Page.

LOL, yeah. I just commented on the same thing in post last week where the poster put a string of exclamation points and question marks after an otherwise boring and inconsequential sentence!!!!!!!!!??!!!?!!! (it looked something like that) One ! once in while for emphasis of a big point is fine, but it makes me less likely to read a post because I think they are just being fanatical and/or engaging in hyperbole. BTW, I also find it interesting (annoying?) when people put two or three smilies after every sentence of their post. :twocents: (also: ;):devil::eek::cool::D:confused::clown:)

What:D:coollook::redpinkheever:nurse:do:jester:you:devil::o:yeah:mean:confused::confused:

:anpom:

Don't mention you're preggo!! Just ask to float to L+D so when you deliver you can be back on the floor right away.

P.S. Random drug screens suck! I OD'd on poppy seed bagels and my job fired me while I was still in ICU!

You guys kill me! I really needed a good laugh, thanks so much.

Here's my !? story: I was travel nursing in California and one of the other nurses who arrived the same day came to visit me & my roommate (who had been at the hospital about 7 weeks already). She asked this nurse what to expect and she said "Well, tomorrow you will go for your drug screen and then, blah, blah, blah". This nurse got really quiet, then said "Why would they want to drug screen? I won't pass, I am really nervous about flying and took a Xanax". I said, that's acceptable, just tell them. Her reply "Well, it wasn't my prescription". So, she leaves to go back to her room. An hour later she has packed up and headed to the airport. Xanax, righhhhhhhhhht :)

Have a great Labor Day Weekend!

Brazorial...I am SO happy you started this thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D:yeah::redbeathe;):heartbeat:clown::lol2:

I am looking forward to many hours of enjoyment...I was going to comment on the very "specific question" poster but since that one was already taken...how about the post that is totally inane and has absolutely nothing to do with the profession of nursing or the healthcare profession. Like-"Need advice-my office worker crossed her eyes at me behind my back and then she stuck out her tongue...then the boss took her side because she brought him coffee, what should I do".....??????? Especially when the poster is not a nurse or a member of the healthcare profession..there seems to have been a few of those lately.:confused:
