Why don't you read the article and see what it says, instead of making inferences from the title?  Yes, there is a crisis, but it's not of the refugees' making.  The crisis is that Trump and company have created a huge problem and are treating people inhumanely.  It would be good if he would get off the golf course (remember when he said he would be too busy to play golf?) and off Twitter and focus on the job that some of us elected him to do.

Unfortunately, I can’t read the article as I already explained.

The point was that the media kept parroting the story among each other that there was no crisis.  Now, as they do with most things with Trump, they moved The goalposts.

So, from what you are saying the story says, there is a crisis, and it has nothing to do with bad immigration policy if the last several decades.  Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell, etc have all had ample time to act.  But no,  it’is Trumo’s fault.

Is that the just of it?

Yes.

The chaos discussed in the article is what Trump has wrought, via the firings and REFUSAL to listen to the folks working at DHS.

That has absolutely nothing to do with Obama, Pelosi or McConnell.

It is all Trump.

Perhaps there is confusion about the differences between a humanitarian crisis and a national security crisis. Constructing a wall does nothing to remedy the humanitarian crisis and following Trump's anti immigration plan will only deepen the problem. How will fewer judges improve the situation?

Trump's gut feeling immigration policy

Another day.

And another lie uttered by Trump.

Today is the deadline Congress set for him to turn over his tax returns.

I just heard him, on NPR, say Americans don't care about his tax returns.

Lie.

I have signed countless petitions, and made phone calls to Congress members, making clear that I want to see those tax returns.

Many others have done the same.

He was elected president without his tax returns out there.  That would support his statement that most don’t care.

Border Patrol and DHS have said a wall would help.  It’s the Democrats not listening.

By the electoral college, not by popular vote.  So, that does not support your statement that most Americans don't care about his tax returns, since a majority did not vote for him.

You are quite right, BC.

Trump didn't win the popular vote, therefore he has no mandate to govern.

The crowds demonstrating in front of Trump Tower in NYC, further indicate Americans want to see his taxes.

Besides, he can't thwart American law.

And that is what he is attempting to do now, via Treasury Department.

His poor guy yesterday, looked befuddled and overwhelmed.

It looks like you are correct.  51% of folks wish for him to release them.

Would that make a difference in his re-election.  Probably not, in my humble estimation.

I don’t care one way or another, just another method to use and spin whatever is in there against him.  And it will probably backfire again.  Coming on the heals of the Mueller report, the Democrats and liberal propaganda wing of the media will look even more desperate and like sore losers then they already do.

But if Democrats want to push thus then I think we should see the tax returns of those in congress as well.

Democrats are listening.

They are also reading the laws of our country.

Hence, no national emergency or money for a bogus wall.

I am curious.

If Trump got a wall, and the problem didn't subside, who would be the next bogey man?

Drugs come in via, legal ports of entry. A wall does nothing about that.

Americans are hooked on drugs, so there is a huge market.

Terrorists don't come via Mexico, they are borne out of homegrown bigotry, as we have witnessed the last few months.

And the country isn't full. Lots of small towns are dying due to lack of inhabitants.

A wall?

Most of what’s in this article is not new news for those who pay attention to sources other then the liberal biased media outlets.  It would be wise for many to read.

Maybe there will be more mainstream coverage of it now that it’s getting much more diffiyto ignore.  Get the popcorn popper popping!

“Attorney General Bill Barr testified Wednesday that he believes "spying did occur" on the Trump campaign in 2016, as he vowed to review the conduct of the FBI's original Russia probe -- and the focus of a related internal review shifted to the role of a key FBI informant.”

Sore losers?

Democrats won bigley in the midterms.

I suspect they will do well in 2020, as most Americans agree with them on the issues.

Republicans have made ZERO gains, in attempting to widen their tent. ZERO.

They continue to be viewed, rightly so, as the party that welcomes White Nationalists.

Suburban moms aren't coming back.

Remember after Republicans lost to Obama in 2012, they held a party autopsy?

They scrapped what was learned.

Trump was mighty sore after he lost those 2018 midterms.

The old tricks didn't work.

Guess what?

They won't work in 2020 either.
