Good Morning, all!

My knee woke me up singing LOUDLY. to the point that I had to get up before the alarm went off. But, it wasn't as bad as hubby's shoulder waking him up at 1:30 AM.

Ten more days until his surgery.

Have to be about my business shortly getting ready to go for another 12 with my tiny 98.

Hope y'all have a super Sunday!

Good Morning Stars and all who pop in,

Thanks for starting us off this morning Stars, not sure why you could not PM me but try it again for me as I worked on my settings plus I sent you a friend request and that is probably why you could not PM me?? LOL May your day be awesome with your 98yr old sweetie.

Glorious day yesterday although it was brutally cold with the winds, we had a wonderful hike but we walked very briskly to keep warm as the winds were brutal. Going to walk today but will wait for it to warm up as it is only in the 20's right now and of course it is dark. hhahahahahahahahaha

Relaxing afternoon just pottering around but today I have a to do list I wish to take care of. Yesterday after refilling the bird feeders I had the nicest time watching all sorts of birds enjoying their different seed. I love watching and listening to them all.

Planning on doing my first mow for the season, the grass needs a little haircut and tidy up, so looking forward to that.

May you all have an awesome day.

Stephanie how did the hospice 'Do' go last night?

Much love to you all.

Morning Stars and Sabby

Didn't end up getting new bike tires, turns out the store had only 1 tire of the type I wanted. Decided I would wait on new bike tires, but might get some other bike-related items today that I might need. Have a coupon and want to use it...

Saw dad yesterday, then went to church, was a nice service complete with a process of palms. Stayed after for the reception and talked to someone new, that's my goal at the church receptions, to try and talk to at least 1 new person. Didn't watch much of Svengoolie, the movie was kind of boring.

Got up early this morning and made breakfast and did the cooking for the week. Waiting for the laundry room to be free so I can do that too. Might try to get outside today, will have to do so before noon as rain is expected.

Good morning Stars, Sabby and Joe,

Beautiful looking morning here with the sun shining although a bit on the chilly side. Rain is expected later this afternoon or evening. Continuing to work on typing up flow sheets for the drugs that will be starting to cover for the next unit in my pharm class starting on Tuesday. Also need to sit down and practice some med math problems. Tuesday I take the med math test for the class, if pass with over a 90% will be done with that portion of the class, if not will have one more chance to pass it.

Hopefully things will go smoothly at work this afternoon, last I looked I am on a different hall again. Would just like to get out closer to the time that I am suppose to.

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone.

Busy weekend for us.

Good weather, which was nice (but we still need rain!!).

Helped with music Sat morning then left to visit MIL in Oceanside.

Got back around 6, fed the animals and then met up with the band for a light meal and catching up.

Played a little.

Up Sunday to meet the band at church, where we played for a members' brunch.

By the time all was said and done, instruments packed up, we drove to Black Angus and had a late lunch.

Fiddler then left to drive back to mid-California.

I am paying bills and catching up on the puter.

Watching a tribute to Huell Howser, local interviewer who passed in 2013.

He did several shows on PBS, California's Gold is the one that comes to mind.

He loved finding the overlooked, the at-first-glance mundane... and introduced his audience to others just like them, with perhaps an interesting hobby or line of work or unusual interest.

He was a nice person genuinely interested in people and in their interests. :)

Enjoy your evening.

We enjoyed Huell's shows. The reruns are on every evening at 7:00 pm.

I hope people in other states have similar shows. But there was only one Huell Howser. He is missed.

Here is a bit about him done when he had only been doing shows for 15 years.

Thank you for that, herring!

Yes, he is very much missed.

I am so glad he left his legacy of shows.
