I have re-entered the nursing field after being out for 15 yrs. Wow, how things have changed. One thing I have noticed is the lack of pubic hair on females. Oh my, it is almost non existent on females 35 and under, and his popular among all ages.

Have I entered a time warp or a unique clinic. is this the norm elsewhere?

I can't believe you came back into nursing to survey pubic hair. You could do that at the strip club.

What type of environment do you work in? I'm sure many other more medically important trends have occurred also.

What kind of clinic are you working in that requires you to observe female pubic areas???

Maybe an ob-gyn clinic but still this is the most important change you see?

Seriously? A cultural shift in personal grooming has made such an impression on you that you joined AN and your first post is about...pubic hair?

I find this interesting. I also noticed the % of males aren't as circumcised as I think they'd be. just an observation. not sure why everyone's jumping on the OP.

Next observation will be about external versus internal hemorrhoids.
