I've given up trying to figure them out and their conspiracy theories and have had many discussions about it.

They are beginning to turn on him as they continue to not accept the reality that he lost the election.

They accosted Graham in airport calling him a traitor.

They have become unhinged based on what I'm seeing from the Capitol riots and they are dangerous on a whole new level.

White supremacy has been part of American culture since before we were a country. Here is an opinion piece:

White Entitlement, On Parade

The Trump mob’s siege on the Capitol was white supremacy in full, a violent assertion that only they are fit to select a president

...   These people did this because they could. What we all witnessed on January 6th was not so much white extremism as the natural and inevitable result of white entitlement, a group of people putting into action their belief that they’re the only ones with the right to pick this country’s leadership.

They’re reinforced by a president who found political prominence by claiming the first black president of the United States was born in Kenya.

They’re validated by pro-Trump lawmakers who continue to insist the only way they could lose an election would be for someone else to steal it. Then, this country and its a la carte system of law and order affords them special privileges they are scared to lose.

The 2020 election represented a rare denial of white privilege, and Trump and his supporters have lost their minds because of it...

...   Trump, as he does, channeled that insanity for the ugliest possible purpose. He himself invited them to invade, both via a tweet in December and earlier that same January morning during his speech, so they had no fear of reprisal or consequences. Contrary to the feigned confusion offered Thursday morning by the Capitol Police chief, the entire nation knew that this was possible. Having discussed it online for weeks, Trump MAGA sycophants told us they were going to be there on January 6th and what they planned to do.

And with the overall passivity, permissiveness, and lack of preparation on display, the law enforcement on hand made clear that they didn’t consider a massive mob of white people to be a threat. The lack of competence was so egregious, it invites accusations of collusion...

I said this a very long time ago, he is so like HITLER. So many similarities that it frightened me. His personality is so Hitler-esque and his followers follow him for the same reason that people followed Hitler.

He has that certain personality that attracts his followers. Right or wrong, his followers LOVE him.

I do have a question - what is MAGA? I don't follow the news so closely - it disturbs me too much.

I feel as though there was a lack of monitoring and surveillance in this type of terrorist group. If there was they would have taken these Trump MAGA supporters seriously. The federal government agencies need to do a better job with surveillance. What occurred on 1-6-21 was unacceptable.

How about the lack of charges? I am not claiming they do not deserve an attorney, but they should not be able to qualify for bail when the charges are treason to the United States of America. I am actually watching Cumo Primetime and the one the domestic terrorist lawyers verbalized he is not a bad person since he is a husband, father, and his wife is a doctor. This is a privilege he gets to experience because of his race.

I must say you are right Trump is the new Hitler. However, the difference is we must fight against his domestic terrorism organization.
