How did she supposedly 'gain the system'?

Where are you getting that she used 'minorities as a prop' for her campaign?

On the bar application and job application, she wrote Native American.
Native Americans still endure discrimination.

Find one feature that distinguishes you from everyone else.
Imagine you get hired at a job.
This your dream job.
Unbeknownst to you, the only reason the job is offered is because of the unique feature.
When you go to work, there are other people hired with unique features.
However, all the people hired with unique features are not allowed to say or do anything.
When they go to HR, they do nothing. You are told to be seen,  but not heard (tokenism or prop).

In the article, Senator Elizabeth Warren's former campaign aide states tokenism, and I wrote prop.

When any minority faces discrimination it is not a conversation to have  "humor" it should be serious with an open mind and heart.

Quote

humor as  a transitive verb:

1: to soothe or content (someone) by indulgence : to comply with the temperament or inclinations of "The only way to get along with him is to humor him." "I know you don't agree, but just humor me."

humor as a noun:

1a: that quality which appeals to a sense of the ludicrous or absurdly incongruous : a funny or amusing quality. Try to appreciate the humor of the situation.

b: the mental faculty of discovering, expressing, or appreciating the ludicrous or absurdly incongruous : the ability to be funny or to be amused by things that are funny. "a woman with a great sense of humor"

c: something that is or is designed to be comical or amusingThe book is a collection of American humor.not a fan of the comedian's brand of humor

2a: an often temporary state of mind imposed especially by circumstances was in no humor to listen

b: characteristic or habitual disposition or bent : TEMPERAMENT of cheerful humor

😄 in medieval physiology : a fluid or juice of an animal or plantspecifically : one of the four fluids entering into the constitution of the body and determining by their relative proportions a person's health and temperament

d: a sudden, unpredictable, or unreasoning inclination : WHIM… conceived the humor of impeaching casual passers-by … and wreaking vengeance on them.— Charles Dickens the uncertain humors of nature

Is the correct phrase ""gain the system" or "Game the system"?

It's GAME the system. It means to manipulate and take unfair advantage of loopholes in rules and regulations in order to make that system of rules and regulations work to your own advantage in risky, typically illegal, schemes.

Synonym to "play fast and loose" (=game) "with the rules" (=system)

Example: He came to this country illegally on the expectation that he could get away with it, take advantage of the benefits, and game the system.

Failure to understand terms such as “humor” or “game the system “ lead me to believe that the OP is a bot.
Also repeatedly using the exact phrasing (Copy and pasting) indicates a lack of insight and reasoning capacity.

It is the same pattern of behavior that we've seen before...unattainable standards for liberal candidates and no standards for conservatives.  Division and doubt are the objective, little more.

She didn't include that prior to passing the Bar or her prior to her job at Harvard, so that wouldn't have played into either, where are you getting that from.

There's been no evidence that Warren only hired minorities as a form of tokenism.

She manipulated the system and does not even care. She allowed the mistreatment of minorities that work on her campaign and now is pandering for their vote.

Is this emotionally or factually based?  Please show evidence of this, and for the love of God, no videos, please.

I am not sure what is funny about her lying and stating she was a minority? It is condescending to laugh. Since many minorities face discrimination because of their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation.
