Question for young nurses

I'm new to the forum, however, very old to nursing.  I have been a nurse for over 16 years and currently teach nursing. To add to that, my husband (who has been a nurse for 30 years) and I started a uniform store because he got tired as a male nurse not being able to find scrubs to try on in-store for men and I got tired of shopping in stores that overcharged and were set-up to look like thrift stores (don't get me wrong I love a good thrift store, but when I am off of work and have to shop for uniforms for work, I don't feel I should have to work really hard combing shelves to accomplish this).

So this lends to my question for young nurses in the social media generation:  What is the best way to reach you as a uniform company?  I've read 50 billion articles that suggest social media, and we have been using it extensively, but I am not really sure the articles are correct.  I think that young people are addicted to social media, but that young nurses are a different type of person.  So, what is the best way to advertise to the young nurses without being annoying with some pop-up ad but being where they are most likely to actually read my advertisement?

I am a nurse, not a salesman.  In fact, I had to be sure to own one of each type of uniform and shoe we carry because I can only sell things that I actually use and like competently.  So, I am asking your help to guide us on what will resonate with the younger generation and not just disappear in the background like that constantly beeping IV down the hall.

Thank you in advance for any relevant and truthful answers you can offer.

I don't know that this is the right section to post. Maybe in the Student section?
