Those are some great ideas! I started this position (which is about 95% nights) about 10 months ago and I have gained so much weight. I enjoy my job, but the weight gain has been so frustrating. I appreciate your response and the great ideas.
Hi. I just wanted to get some thoughts and ideas from fellow nurses on some things that they do for diet and exercise? What are some ways you resist sweet temptations at work? (this is an especially difficult one for me) Are there particular diets/programs that you use that work well for you all?
