    Game of Groans

Bad puns, alliteration, characterization, or comments otherwise intended to generate a groan of some type. There will be points awarded according to a wildly biased and feckless grading system. Any participant may award points, claim victory, or assign medals of achievement to any post or commenter. As for me, I want to just die peacefully, in my sleep like my grandfather did. Not screaming and crying like the passengers in his car. And go...

    Presidential Election 2020

Is this bit of slander intended to deflect from the reality that one of the candidates in this presidential election is a racist who routinely sympathizes with white supremacists? It doesn't work you know. Trump is a shallow man. What you see is what you get. Envy Gluttony Greed Sloth Wrath Lust Pride

The opening wasn't as much of a problem as the refusal to wear masks or follow basic mitigating techniques...IMV. Even if the businesses had been forceful and consistent in requiring masks from patrons and employees alike, irrespective of politics, this might have been a different experience. Instead we have no central leadership in a time when we need it most and struggle with an everyman for himself society when we need to help one another.

Personal anecdotal experience, conjecture and hyperbole are not good arguments. Your interpretation of "porous borders" isn't representative of liberal policy. Funny that you should mention that shady behind the scenes corrupt kind of dealingsthat the Trump administration is so famous for by now. I cannot imagine how you can look past Trump's inconsistency between words and deeds long enough to even conceive of accusing others of the same. How about healthcare for all, for instance? Trump's plan was supposed to be better, cheaper, and cover everyone. Instead, behind the scenes his team is working to eliminate the protections for preexisting condition coverage. During a pandemic. Trump says he supports the troops while he ignores bounties paid for the murder of our troops, behind the scene. Give me break with your imagined threats.

The reality is that Trump had nothing to offer the American people in a second term. Not even Trump can articulate a good reason for him to remain in the presidency. Trump can't even use softball questions from campaign staff television personalities to promote a coherent agenda. WSJ

Justice Dept. Drops Case Against Michael Flynn

And this nonsense about Flynn...all to give cover to lies and corruption. ADMITTED lies and corruption. It's perfectly normal for the same people who imagine all manner of conspiracy in government to ignore actual evidence of conspiracy in order to point elsewhere.

Justice Dept. Drops Case Against Michael Flynn

Trump himself discredits his followers and himself everyday. I mean the guy can't even give an Independence Day speech without dividing the citizens into "us and them" messaging. Their willingness to accept Trump's historic lying, corruption, and incompetence while projecting those character flaws onto others for the Mango Madman is pretty discrediting all on its own. Biden has plenty to run on, but really, all he needs is the reality that he's not anything like Trump. This reality is evidenced in the polls that the cult must ignore.

The indoctrination. The level of corrupt and dishonest behavior that Trump supporters will normalize and accept while simultaneously projecting claims of corruption and deceit is astounding. And dangerous.

While the on the books law allows them to avoid civil lawsuits that medical professionals cannot, the practice and procedure makes prosecution of police uncommon, unjust, and poorly tabulated. Just like with incidents of violence and harm with Americans in police custody, the data is not compiled, not reported with any consistency, and sometimes intentionally obscured.

    President Trump National Scandal

18 U.S. Code § 2381.Treason U.S. Code Notes prev | next Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.) If Trump is poorly informed and advocating for Russia while Russia is paying bounties for the death of Americans, can a case be made for treason?

    Breonna Taylor

If only you could articulate an argument about the pros or cons of having a police force immune from prosecution without the Trumpian nonsense. Speaking of danger, is it dangerous for American troops if the Commander in Chief ignores intelligence and evidence that there is a bounty offered for their murder? Can you answer that without mentioning the radical left? Is it Pelosi's fault that Trump didn't know but our allies did?

Sherrilyn IfIfill There is wisdom in her words. Study is fine but the people need meaningful action. The issue of qualified immunity is HUGE, in my opinion.

Justice Dept. Drops Case Against Michael Flynn

This is funny as all get out. Does this mean that the Trump supporters are going to start chanting LOCK HIM UP again? I think that reflects well on the job that Barr is doing for his client, Trump. Who be waiting for the DOJ to announce their investigationinto Biden. Bwahahaha
  23. Yes. It was essentially argued before the Senate, who ultimately agreed, that Trump could do anything to seek reelection and that is okay...he's immune from prosecution. Now he's also increasingly immune from actual scrutiny or investigation with the replacement of IGs and the DOJs service to the man.

    Presidential Election 2020

It was established pretty credibly that Trump used paid gig workers to applaud his announcement as a candidate in 2015. It is known that Trump puts paid staffers in audiences to applaud at appropriate times when he is giving remarks. There are Craigslist ads in all of the Trump rally cities which are seeking people to hold signs for the dates of his rallies. In Trumplandia, home of the Conspiracist in Chief, that's a lot more evidence of paid attendees than there is that Obama is a traitor or wasn't born in country.
