While the on the books law allows them to avoid civil lawsuits that medical professionals cannot, the practice and procedure makes prosecution of police uncommon, unjust, and poorly tabulated. Just like with incidents of violence and harm with Americans in police custody, the data is not compiled, not reported with any consistency, and sometimes intentionally obscured.

    President Trump National Scandal

18 U.S. Code § 2381.Treason U.S. Code Notes prev | next Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.) If Trump is poorly informed and advocating for Russia while Russia is paying bounties for the death of Americans, can a case be made for treason?

If only you could articulate an argument about the pros or cons of having a police force immune from prosecution without the Trumpian nonsense. Speaking of danger, is it dangerous for American troops if the Commander in Chief ignores intelligence and evidence that there is a bounty offered for their murder? Can you answer that without mentioning the radical left? Is it Pelosi's fault that Trump didn't know but our allies did?

We need to end qualified immunity for police.

    Listening to activists.

Sherrilyn IfIfill There is wisdom in her words. Study is fine but the people need meaningful action. The issue of qualified immunity is HUGE, in my opinion.

Justice Dept. Drops Case Against Michael Flynn

This is funny as all get out. Does this mean that the Trump supporters are going to start chanting LOCK HIM UP again? I think that reflects well on the job that Barr is doing for his client, Trump. Who be waiting for the DOJ to announce their investigationinto Biden. Bwahahaha
  11. Yes. It was essentially argued before the Senate, who ultimately agreed, that Trump could do anything to seek reelection and that is okay...he's immune from prosecution. Now he's also increasingly immune from actual scrutiny or investigation with the replacement of IGs and the DOJs service to the man.

    Presidential Election 2020

It was established pretty credibly that Trump used paid gig workers to applaud his announcement as a candidate in 2015. It is known that Trump puts paid staffers in audiences to applaud at appropriate times when he is giving remarks. There are Craigslist ads in all of the Trump rally cities which are seeking people to hold signs for the dates of his rallies. In Trumplandia, home of the Conspiracist in Chief, that's a lot more evidence of paid attendees than there is that Obama is a traitor or wasn't born in country.

DACA is a problem because of the GOP....keep squirming to try to find a comfortable place for that truth. Of course it's not the last fight...Trump's xenophobic need to campaign on these divisive issues of race and discrimination insure that we won't be done with it until he's gone.
