Sandusky victims to get $60 million settlement
Victims of Jerry Sandusky's sexual abuse will receive a $60 million settlement from Penn State, according to The Legal Intelligencer. The settlement encompasses most but not all of the victims.
"Negotiations have been proceeding in good faith and I'm optimistic that resolutions of many of the claims can be obtained in near-term future," lawyer Michael K. Rozen, told The Legal Intelligencer.
Meanwhile Matt Sandusky, Jerry's son, wants to change his name as well as the name of his wife and four children. He told investigators that he was also abused by Sandusky.
