Gas up your car when 1/2 empty to be able to make an escape. Driving a vehicle that converts old cooking oil to fuel something to consider.. Hopefully, my family will be able to travel 2hrs to my Dad's Pocono cabin with own water well, surrounded by 2 lakes and plenty of wood for heat/cooking along with stash of canned/preserved food, fish and game abundant... will PM coordinates to those traveling nearby.. flash your secret decoder ring to gain entrance for a nights rest.

    Your home health provider hours were cut due to employer not wanting to/ unable to afford providing healthcare insurance to it's employees who work more than 30hrs/week as required by ACA. My employer, a Home Health Agency, has always provided healthcare benefits to staff working in budgeted part-time 24hrs or more/week positions along with aides being paid minimum $12/hr as "liveable" wage.

    Bill Cosby was entertainment after Second City 4 yrs ago in Chicago at AACN's NTI where we exhibited. Brian thought Second City rocked, Cosby ok. My then 23yo son was blown away by Cosby "he's original... Second City same thing see on TV." Think he was brainwashed as my DH played Cosby album To Russell My Brother, Whom I Slept With often when he was a child. [h=1][/h]

    LOVE NCIS --agree West Coast is better...only time my DH and I get to bond together.:) Whats a DVR? My remote needs to say ON, OFF, Volume UP, Volume Down otherwise the darn TV won't turn on cause I pushed the wrong buttons.... I do know my way around a computer though. :D

    What is the Single Favorite Moment of your Life?

    Moved from helpdesk to General Off-Topic Discussions. My favorite moment would be the birth of our first son in 1985, after 10 years of trying. Had given up on having children and decided to just spoil nieces and nephews. Bonus son in 1988 due to His blessing.

Inquirer Sandusky victims to get $60 million settlement Victims of Jerry Sandusky's sexual abuse will receive a $60 million settlement from Penn State, according to The Legal Intelligencer. The settlement encompasses most but not all of the victims. "Negotiations have been proceeding in good faith and I'm optimistic that resolutions of many of the claims can be obtained in near-term future," lawyer Michael K. Rozen, told The Legal Intelligencer. Meanwhile Matt Sandusky, Jerry's son, wants to change his name as well as the name of his wife and four children. He told investigators that he was also abused by Sandusky.
