    Impeachment

Just to ask a question here of all you much more knowledgeable ones. Does this impeachment process work like a trial? Like all the evidence against DJT is presented with witnesses; then he can speak up and have his witnesses speak up? Is there then a vote? By whom? I guess my biggest question then is - what happens next?? Is he actually required to physically leave the White House? Do they swear in the VP then? I'm sure he'll contest an impeachment vote, so will that drag out his presidency and he could still be making policy decisions? I am embarrassed to admit that I am woefully uninformed. The whole thing saddens, angers, frustrates, etc me so I don't really watch events as much as I could. I guess I could google the process, but I don't do that well. Any comments?

OK, NSIME, O Knowledgeable TV Trivia ONE! What was the cartoon dog name that used to snicker/mutter in the TV cartoon? All I'm thinking of is Snidely Whiplash but I don't think it was his cartoon. Was it? It was a dog, not Snidely. Responding to Fran's 'cluttering' = hoarders

NSIME - that WAS funny. But I have to say, one time I fell in the street with oncoming traffic. The fastest way to get out of the way WAS to log-roll, so log-roll I did. Joe - TY OK, all. Champion Jeopardy is over and that Ken Jennings won. Dang, he is smart. On tonight's channel 6 Philadelphia was a story that Sam Springsteen (26 yo) was sworn in as a Jersey City firefighter after completing a firefighter's program at Monmouth Univ. Son of 'The Boss' Bruce Springsteen. Love 'The Boss'.

Early evening greetings all. Joe - been meaning to ask because maybe I missed it but what kind of questionnaires are you doing? I finally got one of those CMS post hospitalization questionnaires for my recent hosp. I LOVED that hosp for my Sept/Oct stay. When I consider hellish experience I had just about 1 year ago . And NO, they no longer asked about pain mgt on it. My second hosp has just bought out the first one so ,boy, will they have a monumental job ahead of them as they move to cross train all the staff in their model of excellent care. NSIME - however could I vote for Nannie when I was PRIVILEGED to receive a phone call from DJT urging me for my vote 'to build the Wall'!?!?. Well it was just a robo-call but I felt so HONORED. Got seasonally chillier for today with a misty rain. As long as the weather stays dry for tomorrow as I have a return ENT doc appt. I use a whch and my sidewalk has 3 separated steps, so I roll over on the grass to avoid the steps. Hopefully, this SHOULD be the last visit. Then I need to start playing catch-up on all my other docs - cardiology, pulmonary, (will be new providers - but they're in the same bldg as my ENT. Short drive!) And there's still nephrology & urology. Tonight is a continuation of Champion Challenge on Jeopardy. I'm hooked. But it kills me that 8 pm conflicts with my NCIS. Have to REALLY, REEEEEALY start to clear my table of all my mail & stuff. I hate it. It depresses me ( like a real depression). It's a task I find difficulty doing. I'm impressed when I read all the tasks you guys accomplish. My stamina & endurance just isn't there. Oh, well ...

    What I miss?

You explained it well. I knew what you were describing. Hadn't thought of that style in a super looong time. Reminds me the old string thing 'Cat's Cradle'. I could never get very far with the string thing.
