Do you think this is a scam?

Can you say "identity theft"? You want some unknown person walking around with a document that says they are you? In answer to the question, no, I haven't heard from anyone getting such a letter.

    Safe Driving in Wintry Weather

Get a flexible water container, and don't fill it all the way so that the ice has room to expand. Too frozen to drink? put it near your heater, or inside your coat to thaw enough to drink. Alternative, if you must eat snow to survive, melt it in your mouth before swallowing, so you are not putting the worst of the coldness directly to your core.

I want to get my late Dads writing tattooed

Ditto on the explanations, no tattoos here (well, radiation dots, lol), but I am constantly asked about my compression sleeves. I have colorful ones mostly, if I have to wear them I'm going to have fun with them! But yes, I get asked constantly about them, have started wearing more muted ones at work.

    Is Gollum Good or Bad?

red shirt = you know he is going to die (star trek!) I think Boromir was just arrogant enough to think he could control the ring, and the ring played on that. The original complaint was that men loved power, and so Sauron was able to overwhelm the 9 kings with their lesser rings. Given how much more powerful the One Ring was, it is surprising Boromir lasted as long as he did, and even then the temptation couldn't keep it's hold on him. Frodo was totally humble about it and so able to resist better, but there in the heart of the mountain, with Sauron suddenly aware of his danger he (Sauron) threw everything there was at Frodo. Kind of like being hit with a tornado on side and a tsunami on the other.
