    Maintaining weight

    I recently became a nurse I been going to the gym for a few years so my figure is finally where I want it to be but Now that Im going to be running around the hospital I’d appreciate some tips on how I can maintain my weight and muscle mass while still hitting the gym. I’m going to be working 4 8 hour shifts and will be hitting the gym on my days off.
