Im good.  I'm not the one who put out the idea that Americans are a bunch of whiners.

Only a small subset of Americans.

You know, Tweety, you are right.

Better to dislike the hypocritical posts, rather than waste time discussing nonsense put forth by right-wingers.

Because what gets lost, is the truly important stuff, like Trump's illegal shakedown of MI and AZ, over vote by mail plans.

As I stated yesterday, it is truly Tyranny.

A US president, threatening to withhold funds to states who are trying to protect the health and well-being of citizens, all because he is afraid he will be personally hurt.

Never mind, that Trump votes by mail!

When questioned why Trump feels okay voting by mail when he wants to end the practice for others, his press secretary basically said, "Well, he's the President."

How does the president observe  a weekend when our country is approaching a death toll of 100,000 from COVID-19 and we commemorate the lives lost in service to our country?

He goes golfing.

And this after he called for houses of worship to re-open and expose countless people to the virus.

Neither did I.

That idea was put out there by those protesters at state houses whining about hair cuts and tyranny.

I believe the letter that those 600 right-wing Trump supporters signed that you like so much, is pretty much all about whining.

Trumpsters have managed to perfect the art of whining, over the last three years.

But the larger group of Americans, the majority, are doing constructive things with their time during the pandemic.

You should read and learn.

Of course, the choice is yours.

From today's WaPo, a story of a 10-year-old, implementing an idea to help other kids during the pandemic, and carrying it out.

If only that subset of Americans, armed with military-style weapons and carrying signs whining about hair cuts, could figure out a way to be as useful, during this dark time.

A 10-year-old Gave 1500 Art Kits To Kids....

This story shows that everybody can make a difference.

If they try.

I believe in learning from the hard lessons of others.

From today's WaPo, here is what the US can learn from Germany:

Members Of Reopened Church In Germany Infected With Virus After Reopening

The story also talks about infections from a reopened restaurant in the northern part of the country.

Yesterday Florida, with 1/4th the population of Germany, had more positive Corona Virus cases and more deaths.  Their peak day was over 6000 positive cases and yesterday they had 460 and they do a lot of testing from what I remember reading.

I can't read the article but I think that they are able to trace from a church to a reopened restaurant is a good sign they have good methods in place to isolate breakouts which are inevitable.  I'm not sure the US. is doing a good job at that.

Here is the problem with "reopening" without proper safety measures in place. It is from CNN:

Hairstylist Worked While Symptomatic And Exposed 91 People To Virus

"Open Up" protesters need to take those AR-15s, to Mitch McConnell's office and the WH, and demand better from their government.

I wonder why they don't?

Do you have an answer to that question, dude?

Well, if a lying, cheating, criminal fraudster can vote by mail, it should be good enough for the rest of us!

I don't think it's a matter of them not having safety measures in place.  It's a matter of an irresponsible hair stylist working while she had symptoms.  It's a behavior ingrained in us that we need to break because it can kill people.

Like people that break their quarantine and go out, these kinds of irresponsible people are out there, because we are a dumbed down idiotic selfish society.

I think most people agree with Fauci's statement, dude.

The problem is, the person steering the rickety ship that we are all passengers on, has failed time and time again to develop any kind of plan to deal with the pandemic.

Simply clicking his heels, and making moronic statements like: "It will disappear," have not served Trump well.

Most people understand that the world, not just this country, is bring harmed the longer the pandemic goes on.

So, folks need to stay home as much as possible, wear masks in public and social distance.

Maybe then, confidence can return.
