Good morning all!

Slept pretty well, despite it's being the first overnight of Daylight Savings Time Reversal!  (try and say THAT with jellybeans in your mouth)

Stars, didja read last night?  How is Ozzie doing?  Give him scratches for me, please.

Joe, how was the new minister and how was the reception?  I assume you got a little bird-watching in at some point in the day?  How is your craft project coming?

Hello nurseJ22, yes it was about 1.5 hr drive to the festival venue.  We switched drivers coming home, to spell each other.  It was a very nice day (good thing it didn't rain, there didn't seem to be a contingency plan for In Case Of Rain!  Most of the jams were out-of-doors!).  Temperatures were even mild after dark.

Hello BC, herring, and whoever else stops by!   Have a good day!

Dianah the recipe this week was ziti ratatouille.  We're not back to doing potlucks yet so this reception was catered

Stars the service went well, only a few minor mistakes.  He's a fairly funny speaker

NJ22 it was a rather busy day at church this Sunday

Was feeling a bit off yesterday, probably due to the time change.  But everything church related seemed to go well, the bell choir and choir did well, the service was fairly smooth as well as the reception afterwards.  The only thing I wished was that there would've been more people.  There was a few more people than would have normally come on a Sunday but not that many more

Rest of the day was fairly quiet.  Took my bike outside as it was in the 60s.  Did some crafting too.

Today back to work, to see if any new work has come down.  If not I'll have to see what the hold up is, as it'll be a slow day otherwise

Another warmer day in the 60s, but will be in the 40s later in the week with rain possible

Another day, but no other dollars. I DID, however, get my shredding done! No small feat! Weather was nice and sunny, and I think it's supposed to be a good one again tomorrow.

Hubby is 'in a mood'..., mad about PCH boxes that arrived in the mail. (Pub. Cl Hse.) I never open them and anything I've 'ordered' will be returned to the Post Office tomorrow anyway, so I don't understand his attitude about them. There's nothing I have to pay for, because I'm not going to keep them. Just write RETURN + REFUSED/with my Initials.... and I take them back to the post office. It just gets me more chances to enter. Oh well! It will be a moot point soon, because I decided that if I haven't won anything in 50 years, I may as well UNSUBSCRIBE!  Also, hubby was talking back to the Network News earlier, disgruntled about politics, politicians, crime, vaccine and masking mandates in various cities, any news about the climate .... well, just about everything and everyone!!! I am not responding to his rants; no point in that at all. Maybe he's having Baseball-Game Withdrawal?

Ah well, whatcha gonna do! I guess I'll hop on outta here for now----------

🤣 Just looked at the "Leader Board" that's started showing up to the right of the posts. Had to laugh, though, as now I "specialize" in being Retired. Though it's not in the interesting, traveling, relaxing way one might dream of. But I am blessed to live in a solid, warm (and cool, when necessary), safe house that's already paid for, and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Enough food to eat, a good car to drive, and etc.,etc.,etc! However, I have to be a lot more domestic than I prefer ... s'tough being a grown-up, adult-type, responsible person. Amen.
