Why wouldn't OUR President answer the question? Insulting a reporter took as much time as an honest answer.

Maybe he should have.  Maybe not.

Hard to get any context from this clip.  This is something like Media Matters posts.  No context.

Trump depends upon his supporters having no idea what the context is.  He depends upon them to not read the reports, not watch or listen to testimony or congressional hearings and not watch press briefings or Q & A opportunities.  Trump knows that the majority of his supporters will rely upon propaganda for their "context".

We’ve reached a tipping point. The chorus of hate being leveled at the president is nearing a crescendo as Democrats blame him, and only him, for a virus that originated halfway around the world. This is yet another attempt to impeach the president,” she said Monday, adding that Democrats and the “liberal media” were using the coronavirus to “destroy the president.”

Trish Regan who said the above got such a backlash that even Fox News has laid her off.

I'm glad to see that the general public are no longer buying into the idea of Covid-19 being an invention of the liberal media, but something of real concern that we should be united about.

From what I've seen, besides the hysteria over toilet paper, people are being understanding, and coming together for the common good and making tremendous sacrifices of finances and time.   This is what should come out of this situation, not more bickering and conspiracy theories.

It is a bit discouraging to see Democrats and Republicans at each other over the stimulus package.

But to say that people are using the virus as a weapon against Trump is starting to fall flat.

The headline news on Fox is an article supportive of Mcconnell blasting democrats and an article by Carlson accusing Democrats of playing "identity politics".   He says Americans are worried for their lives and their loved one's lives.  Interesting though that the headline news on Fox is nothing about this sentiment but about slamming Democrats.

As I've said before Mcconnell and Pelosi are in the Prime of their career.  We'll see how it plays out.
