Are you really that naive? Trump has done this to get a Nobel peace prize. Kim is doing it because he has nothing to lose and everything to gain. This is purely theater. Kim knows that he will never give up his nuclear missiles as he saw what happened to Saddam Hussein and Colonel Gaddafi.

Trump is the last person to understand politics and geopolitics.

Cohen claims of Trump's criminal tendencies are believable. SDNY is in the process of investigating the appearance of unlawful activity by Trump and his family.

Cohen testified that Trump expected him to stick to the false narrative designed by Trump. Frankly the collusion is obvious. The bigger question is was Trump a willing party to the Russian interference or was he just a rube to be blackmailed.

It is a little alarming that you believe that discovering whether or not the POTUS is a criminal or traitor isn't very important and amounts to a waste of resources. You must have been really furious with the House investigations of Clinton, eh?

THe only purpose of that hearing was to provide another platform to smear Trump.  I particularly liked when they asked if Trump ever used drugs or paid for an abortion.

We had a man, convicted of lying to Congress, come back to Congress only a few months later to testify what a jerk his former boss is.

You could smell the stench of desperation in that room through the TV.

“Criminal tendencies are believable”?  Is that our standard now?  “Collusion is obvious”?  Perhaps you missed where Cohen stated he had no knowledge of collusion.

Just because the known liar Cohen has accused Trump of wrong doing does not make it true. Can you say plea deal!! This whole three ring circus is obviously just another way to attempt to discredit Trump. It is especially pathetic to have to testimony on the very day our President is in Vietnam attempting to help all people of the world. What we did learn however is that Trump did not tell Cohen to lie to Congress, and no evidence of Russian collusion. Maybe the media and Dems time, and taxpayer money would be better spent on things that would actually help the people.

It is impossible to have a rationale discussion with someone who either doesn't understand or chooses to not know basic facts.

Michael Cohen has been sentenced to three years in prison, Daisy.

Sentenced.

That means do plea deal.

Sentenced to three years in prison.

He will report to prison in May.

He was supposed to start serving his sentence in March, but the judge pushed the time back, because he is recovering from shoulder surgery.

DJT is not trying to save the world in Hanoi.

He and Kim have egos that are evenly matched.

He is attempting to win a Nobel Peace Prize.

He got absolutely nothing in earlier talks with Kim, and somehow thinks he will get something slightly more than nothing this time.

It is called a photo op, Daisy.

Oh, you don't believe anything Cohen said, but you believe the line about no collision?

How convenient, dude!

Remember, he said he had no knowledge of collusion, but wouldn't be surprised if it happened.

Let's be honest here. It doesn't take much to discredit Trump.

He lies on a daily basis, about things that only matter to his ego.

He discredited himself, a long time ago.

I find it fascinating that Republicans only care about Cohen lying, while completely ignoring the myriad lies that Trump has told.  The hypocrisy is astounding.

Yep, 10 years as his fixer.  And he has all the motivation in the world, such as obtaining a get out of jail card and movie and book deals, to rat out Trump.  But yet he says he doesn't know of any collusion and nothing he has said points to any criminality of Trump.

I am amazed that the average TDS afflicted has pinned their hopes on this dirtbag and convicted liar.  Sad, really.  Just, sad.

Explain to us all dude, how Cohen gets a get out of jail card?

Is that what Fox is floating?

There is no get out of jail card for him.

And you must know that prisoners are not able to profit from their crimes via books and movies.

The man has been disbarred in NY.

He will be forever known as Trump's fixer.

His life is ruined.

Quite frankly,  I don't have any hopes pinned on Cohen.

Did you notice that he didn't tell us anything we don't already know?

I already know that Trump is a liar, cheat and racist.

Nothing new there.

But he had that check, dude. Which if verified, will cause Trump a world of hurt.

Nice.

And another check, signed by Donnie Jr.

Nice.

What Trumpsters don't seem to understand, is that Michael Cohen came to us as an offshoot of the Mueller investigation.

He was prosecuted via the southern district of Manhattan.

So, watch out, because if Mueller doesn't eradicate the blight in the WH, someone else will.

Popcorn popper on!

Cohen did implicate Trump in crimes, we're you not listening or don'tyou  think that they are important laws?  I mean, you have made clear that you think that campaign finance crimes aren't important, so maybe laws are considered optional when considering Trump, eh?

I am amazed that you would use TDS in your remarks as if the derangement is paying attention to credible reporting, facts, and direct observations of Trump's  incompetence. Health professionals would better understand that derangement would better describe a willingness to believe a liar in spite of the evidence.  Regardless, I rarely see anyone outside of die hard trump supporters use it .

Oh, c'mon, baloney!

The majority of Americans, who see Trump in his full glory as a racist, lying, cheat, are simply suffering from TDS.

Yes, only the Trumpsters are able to see him in Hanoi, saving the world.

Bleh!!!!!!

Well, this is certainly your typical Trumpster response.

You discredit the majority of what Cohen says because he is a liar, but like dude, you latch onto one thing he said as TRUTH.

How do you do that Daisy?

Why would such a liar, spit out a kernel of truth?

And like dude, you put your own spin on what Cohen actually said.

He said he knew of no collusion. But added he wouldn't be surprised if there actually was collusion.

I believe money spent attempting to learn the truth about crimes allegedly committed by the POTUS, is money well spent.

Very sorry that you don't.

That is terribly sad, Daisy.

You really don't get to say he's a lair and then turn around sand say what you learned was that there was no collusion.  Either you believe all of it or none of it.

But I do believe that a known liar and self-serving criminal has no credibility.  I did, as did the right wing press hear there was no collusion.

On the other hand if I was involved with someone and I was going down and other person was going to walk and look innocent I'd be tempted to bring them down with me.

While Fox News barely covered the story, I think it's a news worthy story and there's enough questions out there that congress wasn't wasting time and it's not media behaving badly.

I do agree with Fox New's take on the situation "The bottom line: the daylong extravaganza probably did little to change the minds of Trump supporters who view him as a pathetic convicted criminal, or Trump opponents who view him as a reformed sinner now shining a light on the president's dark deeds."

BTW, the talks with Korea collapsed, but nice

Do you think that the open hearing was intended to change minds?  I do not. Transparency is important when it appears that some would prefer to ignore the evidence that this president is criminal, corrupt, and possibly compromised.

Yeah, we saw the desperation of the Republican members  of that committee.  Their attempts to protect Trump from his long term attorney and confidant were unsuccessful.  It's hard to get around the fact that Cohen lied to Congress when he tried to protect and support Trump.

Clearly our new standards are pretty low, given that the GOP is willing to ignore Trump's lies while condemning a man who lied at the request of and to protect Trump.  Seriously, there are all manner of people who lie for Trump regularly; Huckabee Sanders, Conway, Nielsen, Pompeo, Pence, etc. THAT'S the new standard gifted us by conservatives.

Unlike Trump supporters, I do not need someone to tell me there was collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.  The evidence of collusion is right there to see. It is the questions of conspiracy and treason that have yet to be answered.
