I find nothing outrageous about this.  How is it unfair media bias to report on a shopping trip?

How is this any different covering George Bush fishing, or Obama playing basketball, or Trump golfing?

They are women not girls.   On a scale of 0 to 10 of outrage, this this a zero.  Next controversy please.

When you see the video and the Tweets, it’s hard to believe these reporters are going to cover Harris in a nonbiased manner.

When they cover Trump playing golf, do they offer him tips and then tweet congratulations to him on his game?

Okay so you got me there, they don't Tweet congratulations on his game that I'm aware of.  But candidates have long had fun with reporters and visa versa.  It's all part of the political game for the candidate to get publicity.

I would venture if Trump had a bit of a personality, showed some good nature,  and would do something fun, laugh and smile some reporters might tweet about that having a good time with Trump.

Trump really isn't a good example because from the start he made the media the enemy of the people, mocked a disabled reporter, has gotten real testy with reporters etc.  The press keep keep a distance that he created.

While I never really don't visit that site, the article Dude posted really was just reporting that some people were outraged and why which seemed fair enough.

Gee, dude, why so silent on Fox News talking heads getting JOBS at the WH?

This latest Fox talking head is a bute, isn't she?

Had to withdraw her name because of hiring illegal immigrant.

That must really burn your butt.

I know how you feel about illegal immigrants.

Oh my, I decided to read your replies today and this is what I find?

You know you’re on my ignore list, and you stated something like that you don’t care and you’re glad.

Then, what exactly is the purpose of this post?

Im not reading you, except periodically like today, so I’m not seeing most of whatever this is supposed to be.  But everyone else has to.

I think out of respect to them, you should explain the reasoning behind posts like this.

Off topic but . . . personally, that is a very ugly "rainbow" and "oversize" jacket.

Back on task here . . .anyone following the story about Jussie Smollett?

https://www.cnn.com/2019/02/16/entertainment/jussie-smollett-attack/index.html

The media circus . . .

"Admittedly, the news cycle around the reported attack has been quite the rollercoaster. There has been so much back-and-forth in regards to the persons of interest, their race, whether Smollett knew the attackers, the probability of an attack happening during the middle of a polar vortex in Chicago, whether a “MAGA” comment was ever uttered, the logistics around the location of the attack and its proximity to his apartment ... the list went on. And on.

The safest thing to do was to remain silent about it until actual suspects were confirmed or charges were handed out (professional reporting notwithstanding), as the entire narrative appeared to stand on shaky ground."

Trump's Tweet today.  Nope not going to see any praise from the media for his Golf game today during the national emergency at the border.

"THE RIGGED AND CORRUPT MEDIA IS THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE!"

Yes, I have been following it.

I can't imagine why this person would stage his own attack and what kind of mental illness he possess's that might make him do this.

I totally disagree that an attack on a celebrity isn't newsworthy and should remain silent until suspects are found and confirmed.  It's news worthy.  It seems very far fetched that when someone is attacked that it would be staged.  I don't think the media behaved badly in this case.

You are funny, dude.

You troll all the time!

You seriously can't connect the dots between the cozy relationship between Trump and Fox, and the talking heads, getting jobs at the WH, and the thread YOU started?

Maybe one of your friends can explain the link to you.

Because I owe no one any explanation, least of all you.

I agree with you.

This not an example of the media behaving badly, any more than the Susan Smith case, in SC, all those years ago, was an example of the media behaving badly

Remember when she claimed her children had been kidnapped by Black men, when in reality she killed those kids herself?

Of course, some people are going to believe what Trump tells them regarding the media.

No surprise there.

Completely ridiculous.

A crime was proposed to have happened.

It gets reported on.

If the crime appears to be a hoax, guess what? That gets reported on too.

Just like the case of Susan Smith, in SC.
