Good Morning Davey and all break room buddies,

:roflmao: Thanks for the cartoon this morning, I would clean your clock but not sure about the chlorox though!! Thanks Davey for kicking us off this fine but chilly Monday. :yeah:

Lovely 4 day long weekend which enabled me to get some stuff sorted out in the house, I am looking at taking a week off soon enough so I can do more in the peace and quiet of the house with the dogs just hanging out with me.

We headed off to take the dogs for another hike yesterday, it was a fine misty rain so we thought we would give it a go. The further we drove away from the house the harder the rain became and it was down right frigid so we ran by the store to buy some more frosty paw doggie ice cream then came home. We did get outside later on when the rain had abated and tossed the Frisbees for them to run, catch or chase.

Today looks like an extremely busy day with 5 visits and an admission tossed into the mix. Nothing this gal cannot take care of but I will be hopping it getting around to all my visits but thankfully they are pretty close to each other and I am thankful for that.

Hope you all had a great weekend whether at work or at play and enjoy this day.

More yucky weather coming in tomorrow so I guess it will be a wait and see what happens kinda deal.

Hope you all have a most excellent and happy day no matter what you get up to.

Much love your way.

PS enjoyed the radio interview Davey we must do it again soon.

Good Morning! :)

Aren't 4-day weekends wonderful, Sabby_NC?!? :)

Davey Do - I have no doubt that Sabby_NC would speak her mind when necessary! LOL!

Just got out of bed myself. Waiting for the coffee to finish brewing. Our two canine family members have been fed breakfast, and they've been out for their morning run already. I'm into the second half of my two week vacation. It's been nice having such a long stay-cation. Today I'm actually going to the hospital where I work. But, I'm not going to work! LOL! I'm going to video-tape an in-service on proper restraint use. It should be so interesting that it will have everyone tied up in knots! :p Later, I'm going to do more shopping then come home and do more spring cleaning. The weather outside is cool with the temperature around 20 degrees. It's supposed to remain cold during the next few days. It also might snow tomorrow and the day afterward. UGH. Oh well, we'll get to experience spring weather soon enough. Maybe. LOL!

Yes! The coffee ding just danged! Coffee is ready! Hope all have a pleasant day today! :)

Morning Davey Sabby Ted

Fairly quiet day yesterday, intended to try out a new church and do some CEUs but ended up doing neither. Did manage to get outside and get some shopping done.

Having slept in so late the past two days makes me realize how tired I've been. Definitely need to make sure I'm getting enough sleep and not pushing myself too hard during the day.

Sneezing a lot last night, took pills and managed to get to sleep. Feeling better this morning, just have to make sure the symptoms don't recur. Hopefully I'm not developing a cold.

Good morning all.

I concur that Sabby could clean your clock, Davey. I also suspect you would have to push hard for her to get to that point. She does not stand still long enough to be offended by many things, I think. Joe, I also had a very tired day yesterday. I have been having a terrible headache filled week. I think it is allergies, although my doc thought perhaps migraine. Not like my usual migraines. Regardless of nomenclature, I took some Benadryl yesterday and it felt better, I guess. I slept for hours.

Yesterday I made a pot of oxtail soup, filled will little meat and lots of great veggies. There had been a threat of another nor'easter for us, starting tomorrow. Now it sounds more like BC, and the rest of Boston will get the worst of it. I have had it with winter.

Today I need to do a bit of baking and cooking before I get back to work tomorrow.

Have a good day.

Perfect!!

Good morning ALL of you. :wavey: Just so you know, I'm waving at ALL of you. I read ALL of your posts. I enjoy catching up with you ALL each day. (Whew . .maybe just clicking "like" would be easier). ;)

Got home from Oregon at 10:30 last night. Woke up Spidey who was asleep on my side of the bed waiting for me to get home. He had (and has) a toothache and told me he had fevers all weekend. Woke up this morning hurting and took a bath and an ibuprofen.

Obviously, I had a wonderful time with my kids and granddaughter. I burst into tears as I was hugging my son. Usually I wait until I get into the car. I'm struggling (and to be honest so are they) with putting their baby girl into daycare for 10 hours a day. I simply hate it. It is wrong.

So, I'm packing up and moving north . . . . .well, not really but I wish I could.

Back to the real world - hospice today.

Sabby - you just moved into that house.

Good morning!

March has 1 week to get its act together and change from lion to a lamb. I'm all set with cold weather and snow. I had a busy weekend. I worked all day Sat. and then attempted to paint my dining room ceiling. Unfortunately, my vertigo that made difficult and I'm going to have to hire someone to do it.

Like Steph, I've read you all, but lack of time (not love!) makes it tough to comment on everyone's posts today. I hope you are all well.

I love you Guys, and I mean "Guys" Androgynously!

I could say a lot more, but that would only serve to take to try to put into words feelings I have for People I've never met, but care deeply enough for that I look forward to Communicating with you ALL!

I guess this is how Web Romances get started, eh?

oooo

We all have caregiving in common.

That can be a good start for a friendship.

Most of my best friends are nurses.

My allnurses.com friends too.

This IS different, but still real.

herring_RN - Actually. . . most of my friends are involved in either music or theater! LOL! But, yes! Having a bunch of people be involved in the same profession, like nursing, can help create wonderful friendships. I consider many members here, as well as on Facebook, to be internet-friends. Some "internet friends" I've met in person. Truly, it's a wonderful thing to meet the person who writes the words.

Davey Do. . . You'd be one person I would really enjoy meeting in person. Sometime, it would be fun to somehow combine your cartoon talent with my video and/or music hobbies. I've done it before. Specifically, I've worked with a person who creates animation. He's a pharmacist by profession (although he might be retired, now). It's just an idea. . .

Actually, I would be very, very happy to work with ANYONE on some kind of joint video/music/whatever project. I certainly have the studio to do such projects. It would be fun. Please consider this an open invitation. :)

dianah - That tune would work quite well with the video! LOL! If it were not for the obvious copyright/legal issues, I would consider using it! Oh well. . . LOL!

Cheers! :)

Ted
