I recently became a nurse I been going to the gym for a few years so my figure is finally where I want it to be but Now that Im going to be running around the hospital I’d appreciate some tips on how I can maintain my weight and muscle mass while still hitting the gym. The options in that blue section say 'Lounge', 'U.S. Politics', 'Weight' followed by 'Lifestyle', Relations', Aging', 'Pets', and 'Leaders'. You need to click on 'Weight' and re-post your message in order to get the right 'audience' for your query.
