Hi Bethin, you sound a bit more positive today and that's good to see.
I do? Maybe because my life is finally going in the direction I want it to: I paid off a HUGE debt, am moving to Indianapolis, and am attending a prestigous college that I never thought I'd get into after getting kicked out of one college because of grades (immaturity, too much booze), my grades are the best that they've ever been.

Oh, and I planned the vacation I've been dreaming about for 5 years. Moved it up to Spring Break instead of end of May.

But ya never know, tomorrow it could all go downhill.

Hi, sorry for the delay answering, was working on the report, then picking ds up from Police Explorers.

Sarah Vaughan was a stellar jazz singer/pianist for almost 40 yr, often called The Divine One. Her work is considered "up there" with Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holliday. I had to read a bio about her, then write an essay on the book. It's not my best writing, but it'll do.

Hi tn! Yeah, I thought I'd tune in to the AMA awards . . some of the live performances looked like a strip club, though, with highly provocative gestures and dance moves. I'm guessing that's the music industry of today??? Thumbs-down from me, sorry. It was interesting to hear the various types of music, and who was nominated, and to see who was presenting (and what they wore ), though.

Siri, thanks so much for the tea smileys!!!

I better get to bed, gotta get over this crud. G'night all!
