Losing weight for real this time

I decided to lose weight a couple of years ago. However, I got too low. People were asking, "are you ok." 113# for 5'6" was a bit too much. Then I got up to 120# which was better. Since I retired, not walking enough, ah! So my size 8 jeans felt tight and I am up to 127#. Now, the size 10 jeans are in the goodwill bag and I don't want to go back. So, I will have to pay attention again, start walking and lay off my favorite salted butter pecan icecream with caramel topping.

I love a good plan. However, I had to interrupt my posting because the timer on the oven went off. Yes, I had to grab my garlic, butter cheese bisquits from the oven...

Get me to the Goodwill donation desk ASAP! Revisit the plan...tomorrow...

I've had good days and over indulgent days, not enough good days to be confident about aging well, too many insulin spike days. And I'm spending too much time and energy on the new office job, I have to cut back or figure out a way to consistently fit in activity and strengthening.

Libby, you do weights?

When I work out I do, I'm more into strengthening then cardio. I have some weights on the counter that I fool around with while waiting for my tea but that's about it right now.

My office job is turning me into a noodle plus I'm working long days (I know). I try to do 12 squats every time I go into the bathroom, which is often LOL, but I forget after the morning gets rolling.

I need to build in some habits but I haven't made any stick yet.
