I think the word you're looking for is *wary (or possibly *leery) not *weary.
Also, it's HIPAA, not HIPPA.
Your facility, and possibly your BON, may have a "moral turpitude" clause. Sex work may fall into that.

Good input. I was looking into JHU, Yale & Boston's programs, which are probably pipe dreams LOL. I'm still looking for good, regionally accredited programs & possible fellowships. Kinda daunting.

If it were me, I would opt for an attorney with experience in handling cases before the BON. If you are unable to locate one locally, the American Association of Nurse Attorneys might be helpful.

When I was working LTC we had a similar situation with a volatile resident. Of course, with staffing in LTC being poor on the best of days there is simply no way to provide full-time 1:1 supervision to the difficult resident.

Try setting the record straight with them - tell them "from now on I will not be able to pick up any extra shifts due to ... ". Don't let them make you feel guilty, you are already working full time.
