Davey, you have such a wonderful outlook, thank you!

And thank you, nursejj. I've worked very hard to become so.

BTW: You're not living up to your goal of being "a royal pain in the tuchus"!

My ethos I found on a white board in a patient room long before all the "Keep Calm" shirts came out. I find it to be a primer for life:

Plan for today -

Stay calm, have bowel movement!

I'm really scared what's going to happen when Donny Tiny Hands becomes president. I fear he's going to destroy this great country. Lots of people will perish from starvation and illness. He is the antichrist.

Hyperbolic. . .

How will people perish from starvation and illness?

What proof do you have that he is the anti-Christ?

And why do people keep saying he has tiny hands. His hands look normal to me. :nono:

Troll-bait is always hyperbolic. Please note that the OP has not responded since starting the thread.

People keep saying Trump had tiny hands because Rubio said it and it clearly got to him. Trumplethinskin has set himself up for continual ridicule of the most sophomoric level because it so obviously bothers him. His lack of self control makes him a perfect target as it clearly identifies him as weak.

Point taken.

Ok but . . . I'm kind of a stickler for there being a small amount of truth in humor. That's what makes it funny. ;)

The comments about the size of his hands have been around for a long time -- a reporter nicknamed him "The Short-fingered Vulgarian" back in the 1980s, and people who want to get under his skin keep making comments because it so obviously upsets him (still).

Just to drive him a little bit crazy, I took to referring to him as a "short-fingered vulgarian" in the pages of Spy magazine. That was more than a quarter of a century ago. To this day, I receive the occasional envelope from Trump. There is always a photo of him—generally a tear sheet from a magazine. On all of them he has circled his hand in gold Sharpie in a valiant effort to highlight the length of his fingers. I almost feel sorry for the poor fellow because, to me, the fingers still look abnormally stubby. The most recent offering arrived earlier this year, before his decision to go after the Republican presidential nomination. Like the other packages, this one included a circled hand and the words, also written in gold Sharpie: 'See, not so short!” I sent the picture back by return mail with a note attached, saying, 'Actually, quite short.” Which I can only assume gave him fits.

Perhaps there is some truth to it.

Mostly it is repeated because Trump is a narcissistic verbal bully who can't abide any criticism of Trump.

He is an easy target and that makes him a security that for this country.

In 2009, I was not happy with the outcome of the Presidential election. I decided to get involved politically.

Since then:

My State Rep changed from Dem to GOP

My Congressman changed from Dem to GOP

The US House Flipped to GOP control

My US Senate open seat was won by a TEA party candidate (Ted Cruz) instead of the next establishment candidate in line (David Dewhurst)

The US Senate flipped to GOP

The White House flipped to GOP

Coming soon: change in balance at SCOTUS?

Now.

I didn't do any of those things - by myself . . .

But:

I attended town hall meetings.

I attended rallies.

I spoke at more than a few rallies.

I ran for local office and while I didn't win, I changed the debate.

I made calls.

I knocked on doors.

I put up signs.

I mailed flyers.

I organized walk and call lists for others.

I donated money.

I'm not done yet.

I DIDN'T burn anything down or vandalize anything.

I DIDN'T depend on Facebook and Twitter to be the sum of my activism.

I've probably spent $80,000 and 5,000 hours of my time since 2009.

As the saying goes: Be the difference you want to see in the world.

~faith,

Timothy.

I also got involved this year, I went to Trump Rallies, I donated money a few different times for Trump after he won the nomination. I also talked to friends who donated and got involved this year.

We could not endure another 4 to 8 years of Obama's hand picked successor Hillary to weaken the USA anymore, and carry on with Obama failed policies. If Hillary would of won she would of shaped the USA for the next 30 years by her appointment of liberal Supreme Court appointments, Thank God this criminal was kept out of the Whitehouse.

I have endured 8 years where I was forgotten by the Whitehouse. Obama was more concerned with giving illegal aliens the right to live and work in the USA versus US Citizens. He made deals to send Billions of US Dollars to Iran instead of investing in the USA. How many golfing vacation did Obama take during his tenure? Obama sit back and watch industries shut down in the USA due to his executive actions. We had companies moving to Mexico so they can pay their workers $3 per hour and sell the products back to USA.

Trump has came in with America First theme. Business are stating they are staying here, and expanding. Trump has done more for the US economy even before he took office than Obama did in 8 years.

Right now some of the liberal democrats are still in shock from loosing an election they had wrapped up, and a lot of democratic in government are acting like babies. The DNC needs a change in policy and direction, but by voting for Nancy Pelosi to lead them again, they pretty much ensured the party will continue to fall apart.

The democrats have no chosen leader in the future, Tim Kaine is now toxic after his run with Hillary, and the rest of the democrats are lost.

Trump was chosen by America to lead us, and so far he is proven to be strong and blazing his own way, I like that. For me I am a strong leader by nature and considered an Alpha Male, I have nothing but respect for Trump and it appears other world leaders whom are strong at leading their country have the same feelings.
