I'll post a couple articles to start the discussion.

Doctors, nurses march against Donald Trump outside Republican National Convention

"This is not to protest Republican or conservative ideals and policies," said Bryan Hambley, the group's organizer, said into a bullhorn. "This is about Trump."

The group is particularly troubled by Trump's controversial comments casting undocumented immigrants from Mexico as criminals, and his proposal to ban refugees fleeing from Muslim countries plagued by radical Islamic terrorism.

"Some of the greatest doctors in Cleveland right now are Muslim immigrants from places like Syria and Lebanon and Sudan," Hambley said.

"Donald Trump's current immigration policy is directly targeted at them and there's no way around it."...

I already have an HSA, not sure how this is going to help low and or fixed income individuals.

I am am for making premiums and health care expenses deductible.

i don't understand the statement about mental health and families needing information. What is needed is treatment facilities and providers.

The transparency in pricing in laughable. Will people really seek out the lowest price for care?

Of course you decide to start a negative thread about Trump. Pretty predictable.

Read the opening statement again. Are you going to say this is a positive statement about Trump or a negative statement about Trump?

In so far as I know Donald Trump's position is that illegal immigrants (let's cut the chase and stopping using PC words such as undocumented whatever; they are here criminally) are removed from our country. For those that think that's unfair, go see how other countries handle those who are in the country illegally.

I am pretty sure that the title was copied and pasted from a comment you made in another thread. Let me check:

"How about discussing Donald Trump on health and/or nursing related issues?"

Yup, it was.

You're welcome.

This thread is for the purpose of discussing candidate trump regarding nurse and/or healthcare.

As you know there are many discussions in the Break Room regarding non nursing or healthcare issues. Here is a link for members interested in discussing politics:

The protestors, as quoted in the article, were concerned about the legal Muslim immigrants who are now physicians. These doctors who provide healthcare wouldn't have been allowed in the country had there been a ban on Muslims coming into our country. The First Amendment prohibits discrimination on the basis of religion.

I'll post it again:

Yes he has made some crude, stupid comments. I still believe deep in my heart that he cares for America than Hillary Clinton. I simply cannot imagine why anyone would want her as president!
