We gave out M & Ms (plain and peanut). We have a HUGE bowl of little eety-beety packages leftover, as we only got half a dozen trick-or-treaters. I guess we'll go on an M & M diet for a few days. :)

It isn't THEIR candy - this is MY house . .. .;) ;)

I ate jawbreakers and Runts . . . . we also have a huge bowl of leftovers.

I worked and our secretary (who always brings a little candy to share every night she works anyway) brought several big bags... milky ways were my choice. Very sweet of her :) and a couple of the kids feeling well enough came up to her at the desk saying "trick or treat!!" it was great.

Mine always pick out the revolting stuff I don't like like popping candy, sherbert lollies & revolting chewy things. however, I did manage to sneak some Haribo mix out!!

Sigh. My l'il pumpkin is off to college and I have to rely on leftovers- if and when we have any. I usually wait until the 10-packs of medium size bars (the good ones!) are on sale for about a dollar 'cuz they're cheaper per unit than the so called "fun-size" bags. I buy about 80-90 bars; when we get down to the last few bars hubby (I usually work as we no longer have a little one) shuts off the lights and the greedy little "gobble-ins" are cut off! The last 5 or 6 are for us to eat when I come home and put my feet up, or to take to lunch the next day.

My kids got way to much candy...They cannot eat the chewy goowy candy like the tootsie rolls cause of their dental work and they got loads of it. Thats all my parents gave them (they just forgot they have dementia) anyway so thats mine and I did sneak some twizzlers...oh and candy corn.

OOOOOOOOH the cherry Tootsies are delicious!!!

I live in large condo/townhouse complex where, I swear, my husband and I are the only people under the ago of 60. We don't get Trick or Treaters, so the only candy we get is for us. :)

Last night, so many people brought candy to work. We kept going to the front desk all night long snacking and snacking. It was such a good mix, too - like almost every single candy you could possibly want. Very dangerous!

Hehehe...THIS is what I'm talking about! My thoughts exactly although my kids are too old to trick or treat, we did buy some candy for the house. We live too far out in the sticks for anyone to trick or treat the house.

A kindred spirit - I always knew it.

My 17 year old daughter and her friend dressed in Roman Togas and went to a volleyball game and then did trick or treat . . . . small town and all everyone loved it.

My son has had a Batman costume for 3 weeks but at the last minute decided to be a cowboy.
