Back again .......... it's monday! :)

We have DD coming for lunch today. Looking forward to seeing her.

Tomorrow - tuesday - we're heading off away for a couple of days. Going to meet friend's at a halfway point for both parties on the Victorian coast and spend a couple of nights catching up with them. Looking forward to driving in the countryside and seeing all the rural sights. :) This will be DH's first break away from home since his MI in January. He's really looking forward to it! :)

I wonder how Jnette enjoyed her poolside fun? Great to know she's relaxing with the family and gets to cuddle little Gavin.

Joe ... I understand your nervousness about moving into a new place. change is always a bit unsettling even if it's for the better and exciting.

Hi TN, Zuzi, BEDPAN, Sabby, Herring, Chula, Steph, Dianah ...... and everyone!

I guess it's sunday night up/over by now and everyone is headed to bed like I was last night here! lol Sleep well folks!

If I don't catch you before I leave tomorrow, I'll *see* you after we return on thursday!

Cheers .........

:typing: Hi y'all!

Grace, hope you and dh enjoy your short trip and your visit!

Hope it will be a refreshing few days for both of you.

So chula, how was the movie?? Need a review, here!

Stayed at a jam last nite till midnite, got home around 1a.m., so I slept IN!!! :w00t:

Got up at 7:30 to give the cat his insulin then went back to bed and dozed till 10!!

After getting the wash started and cleaning out the fridge a little, I left to drop in on some friends whom I hadn't visited in a LONG time!

Had a nice visit, went to the bookstore for a book for a friend, then went to the grocery store.

I've had linner or lun-ner, whatever you want to call having something to eat a 4pm -- too early for dinner and too late for lunch!

Groceries are put away.

We have a rehearsal at 6pm.

Now enjoying some tea while puting. :)

Ds's ear is MUCH better after change in abx and ear drops.

In fact, it felt better within 24 hr of changing meds!!

I'm very relieved!

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. :)

Will drop by later! :)

Danny put Ziggy in the bathtub with him and gave poor Ziggy a shampoo . .. . No More Tears Shampoo of course. Poor Ziggy.

However, since old Zig got a bath . . so did Marla, by me.

Now, the bathroom is soaking wet and so am I.

sigh . .

From yesterday quoting Kolohe:

you sure are "feeling your oats" today........... It's good to see that after the past month or so. You deserve it.

Hmmmm.......... in this age of political correctness is that still OK to say... about the oats? You realize it's just a metaphor, right? I'm not actually comparing you to a horse......... of course. (Remember Mr. Ed?)

:rotfl: nicker, nicker, whinnie.......too funny. :D Yes, I do remember Mr. Ed... who is now DEAD thank you.. so you are even comparing me to a DEAD horse, Kolohe !!! :chuckle

:deadhorse Oh yeah, I never thought of that (being dead)......... and to make matters worse, it was a male horse. I suppose that didn't do anything for the your feminine self esteem either. :icon_roll My bad.......... :icon_hug:

Hope you had a good day!!

I played tourist today and drove part of the Elkhorn Mountain Scenic loop.

Good night, all!

Oh! Diana, I assume you're in PG&E's service area. I don't see how your rates should have gone up that much. http://www.pge.com/tariffs/tm2/pdf/ELEC_SCHEDS_E-1.pdf Are you sure the KWHr's are the same as last Summer? Hmmm....... maybe your baseline rates changed from last year. http://www.pge.com/myhome/customerservice/financialassistance/medicalbaseline/understand/ Sorry about the rate increase.

(That's a sweet story Steph.)

I nag you about skipping church; I nag you about getting your paper done; and now I inadvertantly nag you to pay the electric bill.......... I don't know why you put up with me. ;)

I was "sheeshing" my memory . . .. .not you.

Good thing I can pay online . . .

Ok - I mowed the lawn, cleaned the kitchen, did the treadmill for 2 miles, shared some popcorn with Danny, my ears are ringing, my head hurts, and my memory is faulty.

A mixed bag. :coollook:
