You are reading page 2 of Donald Trump Celebrates Black History Month. If you want to start from the beginning Go to First Page.

Maybe someone on this thread should ask the NAACP what they think of Trump's tribute to Black History Month.

We already know what John Lewis thinks of him.

Maybe you want to play this game, BC. But the topic is of no interest to me.

And to be sure, it is a game.

It's like a train wreck, but I can't pull myself away. The mind of a cult member is a fascinating thing to witness.

You're right, BC. Only a True Believer could write the words Trump and Black History Month with complete sincerity.

Do they know the punch is spiked with poison?

Lynne Patton

Lynnette "Diamond" Hardaway

Kara Young

Rosa Parks

Herschel Walker

Just to name a few...

Yup, these people are bravely standing up to people who dislike DJT.

I frankly don't know many of these people, but my google search says at least one is an ex-girl friend.

Wow.

Bravely, nursej?

I would say foolishly, and at their own peril. Who would stand up for the Bum, as LeBron James refers to DJT?

And what kind of person would stand up for someone who placed such ethically challenged people in cabinet positions?

This article very nicely lists the Bum's cabinet picks by ethical offense. Easy to read.

I of course, meant bravely in the sarcastic sense.

Allnurses needs to designate a sarcasm font!

Wow.

They aren't standing up for him, Trump has recognized them either by appointing them certain positions, or giving them a platform, or showcasing his appreciation for them. Liking Trump doesn't have anything to do with him recognizing them. He has recognized MLK Jr., but people will be sure to let you know (because they obviously knew MLK Jr.), that MLK Jr. would hate Trump.

If you don't know them, maybe you should learn about them, since you want Trump to

recognize some contemporaneous black Americans

What's the point in calling for recognition if you seemingly have no interest in knowing about those you call to be recognized?

Tim Scott--I cannot find anything about him fighting against inequality. On his website he says you can think your way out of poverty.

Jerome Adams--Surgeon General who declared the opioid crisis and untreated mental illness would be his focus. How's that working out?

Katrina Pierson--I can't find much about her, other than being a Fox News contributor, and she worked on the Trump campaign. I see nothing about working to overcome inequality.

Corey Adams--Do you mean the welder pointed out during the SOTU speech? Who is going to use his raise and tax savings to pay for his home and daughters' education?

Ben Carson--I believe there's been some talk about his son getting business deals because of his father's position.

Lynne Patton--the former event planner overseeing HUD for New York and New Jersey.

Lynnette "Diamond" Hardaway & Rochelle "Silk" Richardson--2 YouTube Trump apologists.

Pre-Presidency:

Kara Young--former girlfriend now married to a billionaire.

Rosa Parks--yes, he honored her via Twitter. Wow.

Herschel Walker--played for Trump's USFL team, before DJT ran the league out of business.

Mohammed Ali--you know he was a Muslim, right?

Mike Tyson--Famous for being a boxer, okay. Trump likes athletes who can make him money.

Jaqueline Williams--I don't know who this is, do you mean the actress?

So it looks like you listed all the black people who have worked for DJT or he has tweeted about. You forgot Omarosa.

As I said previously, I think DJT should recognize people who are currently standing up for inequality, not just the people he has or has had a personal relationship with.
