You are reading page 3 of Do you work out regularly?. If you want to start from the beginning Go to First Page.

I wish I could find the motivation....I KNOW all about healthy eating and excercise, I KNOW I am overweight and at risk....why can't I just get moving....very frustrating. I should lose about 75# I never start my day thinking I will eat stuff not good for me...but that is how my day usually ends....

I do about 6 days a week, I always mix up my training, weights, cardio but I've been a fitness freak for a long time. (I'm a fulltime student though).

After I returned to work from maternity leave me and some of the PCTs and nurses on night shift used to go into an empty patient room and do push ups and sit ups. We would also take the stairs (we worked on the 9th floor). I always felt great after climbing back up those 9 flights of stairs! As a bonus it gave us a great second wind for those 0300 blood draws and 0400 vitals/assessments. It really helped fight the sleepiness that inevitably struck me at those hours! Just a little thought. :)

I used to work out 5-6x/week but now it sucks working nights when you wake up knowing you only have a few hours before you must go back. So now I work out 2-3x/week.

I started the couch to 5k program (C25K) a few weeks ago and love it! This schedule gets you running 5K in 2-3 months. You're only supposed to run 3 days a week too. It is working really well for me.

I used to work out everyday. Since I have been busy this days, I stick to the rule of not going at least over 2 days of not having a work out. I watch what I eat, that's equally important.

get enough working out at work, and having dog who needs to go for a run every morning and night. There is no time to do more than that.

I don't, I work so much lately (I've got bills to pay and a hubby still in school). I feel like I don't get enough time with my son as it is or sleep. I average 10 miles or so of walking in a shift and made some recent diet changes. I'd love to join a dance class or some sort of strength training program, but they all are so expensive and the expect you to be there 4 to 5 days a week. I just want two...I think 2 days is reasonable with my schedule. Oh well...
