It does not invalidate modern medicine. But if for instance a nurse who smokes is attempting to give a pt education re: the need to stop smoking how effective will that ed be when the pt knows the nurse smokes. Same principle with Gore. The message is not effective.

Are you saying he has a condo in SanFran also? I was talking about the mansion in Monticieto, also the home in TN is a 20 room mansion....you don't think that this is a waste of resources....either way it is a little hypocritical for him to tell others to conserve/watch their C02. And just because an article is on (what you claim) is a right wing website doesn't mean it is not true.

Even that would not be enough for the people who have already decided they don't want to hear the message. They will always find some criticism to wield as a distraction/deflection.

The issue to me as that many politicians and liberal celebrities want to dictate how we live our lives while they themselves live a different way.

I can name quite a few conservatives that do the same

thing, especially the family values crowd: serial adulterers, abortions for their pregnant mistresses, taking government handouts hand over fist ...

I didn't blame one political party of another.

It has nothing to do with climate change. But, a few posters here seem to be offended by the notion that Gore is a hypocrite, and they keep wanting to discuss it.
