Some people feel stuck🙄 in their jobs while others love what they're doing.😊

Some are even bored where they are working and others love repetitious jobs.👩‍💻

Some sit and daydream or waste time at their jobs,💆‍♀️ while others get promotions based on their  ambitious work ethic and industriousness. 👨‍💼Where do you feel you fit in?

I'm retired now. I did hospital nursing for 42 years. Before getting report I put aside my outside life to do my best to provide safe, effective, competent care to my patients.

Before and after work, and on break I could enjoy hearing about others lives and sharing stories about my family and life outside work.

I worked with kids a lot. I was a cafeteria aide in our elementary school, I also worked in the food preparation area, the cash register , and a school bus driver for 15 years. I was a volunteer EMT for our local ambulance corps for 18 years, and I taught CPR and First aid.

I did what I loved and I loved what I did. When I was forced into retirement due to illness, I lost the feeling of being useful, and needed, and I didn't like it one bit.

I am currently a med-surg nurse, and had an interview a couple of weeks gao for a periop program.  I didn't get the job.  And the other application I have for another hospital's periop program did not select me.  How do I get that dream job?
