I feel like an idiot for asking because I think it probably is, but I wanted to confirm. I usually weigh 118-120 lbs. I have gained 5 lbs and now weigh 125 lbs. I wouldn't care if it is over time, but this occurred over a short period of time. I feel like I am eating healthier more fruit in diet, pretzels and hummus for a snack, I have always eaten salads, and I think I have eaten out less than normal. I try not to keep sweets around (part because I am not a sweets fan and part because it's not good for you). My activity level is about the same.
I have been drinking more coffee than I used to and I use either cream and sugar (Sweet n Low) or liquid flavored creamer. That's the major difference between then and now. I don't drink much water at all and sweet tea and coffee are my major fluids (some milk in there, but not much).
I don't think I am overweight because I am not. However, my pants are getting tighter and I can't fit into them as good as I used to. I have no plans to go shopping for new ones, so I would rather lose the 5 or so lbs that I have gained.
Any thoughts? Do you think it's the creamer?
