What did you expect from someone with poor judgment, no insight into the consequences, and the inability to make like a chessplayer and think eight moves ahead?

I think this is also an issue in FQHCs where there is a high % of physicians born abroad. People work in underserved areas out of altruism or a need to have student loans reimbursed....regardless, they're meeting a need. I'm doing my clinical NP residency in one, and we are overwhelmed with patients. We could desperately use another provider.

This is classic Trump. Poorly thought out, shooting ourselves in the foot - for multiple reasons - in the long run, and doesn't give a flying fig how it affects real people's lives on all sides.

We are getting exactly what I expected from a Trump administration.

Most of us with the sense God (or the Universe) gave us to come in out of the rain could see this coming. But emails, abortion, Benghazi.

To be fair, Clinton was a particularly awful canidate. I have written about why I think so several times and it has absolutely nothing to do with emails abortion or Benghazi.

I thought Clinton was terrible too; virtually 100% of my reasons were r/t foreign policy. I don't give a **** what she thinks about abortion, and Benghazi was beaten to death.

That said, most people I talked to or interacted with IRL or on social media harped on the emails/abortion/Benghazi trifecta. Were able to completely dismiss all the concerns about Trumps ineptitude, his sexual assaults, or [insert disqualifier here] because of one of those issues.

They were not the only two candidates on the ballot, though. And enough people decided that none of the above was a dealbreaker for The Orange One, so here we are.
