As we come to see, these scenarios of insurance claim denials are NOT rare.

- Aug 28, '09 by ZASHAGALKAMy Daughter, Kylie Lyn, was born 11/29/07 3 months premature at 2lbs, 7oz. She was in the hospital for 3 months and required a PDA ligation. Total bill: $450,000.
The insurance company paid for everything but the co-pays. (Plus the $26,000 bill for my wife).
ACTUAL CASE OF HEALTH CARE EXCELLENTLY PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN HEALTH CARE SYSTEM using insurance.
