your all time top five favorite movies

  1. so many to choose, so many genres to cover.

    my favorite picks- :hatparty:

    1) jaws- i still have a problem going past my waist in the ocean
    2) the lord of the rings trilogy- a long time coming (devote d&d fan)
    3) jurassic park trilogy- my nightmares alive
    4) star wars- the original (episode 4)
    5) the wedding singer- drew & adam were so cute and funny

    i have been reading through & am delighted at how different we all are, and yet, how much we are alike. top 5 was hard-- i have cheated also & had to add 6-10. many lord of the rings & gone with the wind fans noted......have a nice day -angela

    I agree! It's hard to narrow to 5, but here are my top 5:

    1. the WHOLE Harry Potter series (can't leave any of them out LOL)
    2. Gone with the Wind
    3. The Princess Bride
    4. Titanic (yeah, yeah, I know! lmao)
    5. The Lord of the Rings trilogy

    and a 6th: The Black Stallion and The Black Stallion Returns

    I could go on and on...I LOVE movies! LOL :chuckle

    I can hardly pick just five, but, if these come on cable TV, I find I am unable to tear myself away from the scxreen even though I may have seen thesemovies 100 times...

    The Wedding Singer -the MOST hilarious movie I have ever watched! Love the part where he sings his song about his fiance, Linda, cracks me up!!
