Woohoo - now I can get that operation I've been needing

  1. File this under asinine. And I quote from my telephone e-bill:

Feels good that Ameritech is working hard to provide me with the lowest possible costs! Sorry - I feel better that I've got that off my chest . Well, since it is an electronic transaction, at least no trees died to inform me of my new low rate...

About a month ago, hubby got a check in the mail refunding his overpayment of his final car payment - to the tune of 23 cents.

I hope that operation is for a hangnail... it MIGHT just be enough to cover the cost of a bandage

Only if you have the hang nail removed at a free standing surgery center...everybody knows a bandaid costs $5 in the hospital.

Hope your hangnailectomy ain't too painful, 2 tylenols will set you back about 5 bucks. I went to the ER once for gastric distress, of course I had to pee, they wouldn't lry me go to the john cause they had made a R/O MI outta me. They charged me 20 bucks for a stupid urinal. I told my wife if it ever happens again, bring a damn pickle jar or something for me to pee in. Outrageous. Ratched, I live in IN too, I am going to need to check to make sure I got my credit now. :roll
