Women.. Electric Razors??

  1. I was just curious as to if any of you use a electric (battery) operated razor for shaving your legs.. I saw a commercial today for one and I was considering trying it...

If you use one, then what brand??

    Thanks

I don't care how my woman shaves her legs as long as
    IT ISN'T MINE!

I use a Remington rechargeable type that I bought (yes! you guessed it!) at Walmart for about $60. What I love about it is that you can use it with shave cream, and it really does a good job without making my sensitive skin break out.

    best razor i ever had!

I had that same question. Was considering asking for one as a Christmas present. I just wasn't sure if I would have to shave dry or if I could do it wet.

I tell you the best kept secret..

the men's razor "Mach 3"..it's a little pricey at first(for a non-electric), but it is totally awesome!

I bought one for hubby sometime back and one day, I ran out of razors ... I used his and fell in love. We started out with his and hers blades, but that got complicated..
we use the same razor and the dang blades last forever. Hubby hasn't fussed the first time about me using his razor..
and I can't tell you the last time I had razor burn or a cut from shaving.

    Now, about the electric razors..
I had one I bought and tried..some kind of Remington..
I hated it. Razor burn from hell..and clogged like crazy.

hmm... I liked the mach 3 until my brother stole it...

    I switched to the venus...
wierd shaped head, but, I like it....

also.... Epilady.... just not up too high..... (I'm apparantly a freak..)
PS... only do while inebreated. Alone. in a soundproof room.

    haha...

Hey I used a mach 3 before too, did a good job!
    hehe
I have that hokey venus one now , my mom bought it for me last xmas I think , with the lil plastic thing thats supposed to go in the shower and it holds all the blades etc...its not bad...
I like that its a bit more flexible then your standard plastic disposable razor
I was wondering about that remington one, I saw it at walmart too, maybe I'll pick it up...

i'm pretty sure it has a money=back guarantee too, but check it out. I had such skin problems using regular razors and using dry shavers that i finally gave up and only shaved if i totally had to.

So I was really glad I found this one that works nicely without killing my skin.

from an ID perspective: never share a razor...even with a SI
I don't allow my boys to use my razor either...to protect them if God forbid I was to catch something I wasn't even aware of.

Your comment about never sharing razors. I agree. The exception to that is with SO. Where I am going with this, is whatever you got he is going to get anyway because you have an intimate relationship, right? So what could he possibly get from using your shaver that he wouldn't already get from your intimate moments?

Not trying to sound like a smark alleck. I truly am inquiring here!
