Why not put on your rose colored glasses?

  1. Can anyone tell me the wonderful accomplishment achieved?
Come on you guys. You can do it?
Ask to keep crazy liberal views out of it and you can have any thread to yourselves.

What is your purpose for asking this? Are you trying to start something? "Crazy liberal views" is not a good phrase for starting a discussion. I personally don't want to respond to this question as I don't really know what you are asking. and what do you mean by "any thread to yourselves?

    Katscan:
Radio talk calls my views "crazy liberal". Not those on this post. I was making a lame attempt at making fun of myself.

I mean I wll no post articles or opinions in opposition to happy opinions.

Just because I am very concerned does not mean all are. Many people feel the world is much better off now that a year ago This is for the happy joyful view of the war.
    Seriously.
    God Bless us all.

Oh sorry, I was confused by your terminology. But, no need to make fun of yourself! Your views are as legitimate as anyone else's. Yes, I agree... God bless us all.

I have a new pair of glasses ! They are the "transitional" lenses, really cool. Gray tint. Picked them up yesterday.

Life is good, the sun is finally out, things are relatively quiet around the world except for Martha, Sammy, Senator Byrd, Isreal, Palestine.

Of course I'm behind on the news lately.
Have some catching up to do.

Going up and down 4 flights of stairs to pharmacy and central supply was scarey because the bifocal line made things jump. Now I can look at the patient, a label on the med, and the monitor screen with my transition trifocals.

Took the two big dogs for a walk with my daughter. Admired gardens and talked to a group of men sitting outside a barber shop. We ran for a while. Spending money was almost impossible with dogs but we got a bag of oranges from a sidewalk vendor.
The entire day off (means I don't have to work that night) I didn't read the paper or listen to the radio. Read a novel while my husband watched TV news.

    Such days feel so good.

Me either and I started it!
My plan was to have a thread where those who think the war was good (versus evil) could explain with no argument from me.
These threads change so I responded to the changes. My promise was not to ignore the thread, it was not to disagree or post articles (on THIS thread).

Soon it may be too hot for me to enjoy running outside. There is what we call "June Gloom = overcast) Makes for nice weather without the hot sun.

spacenurse, I'm guilty of going off topic and discussing my new glasses.. sorry, you meant well.

I stand by the "Just War Theory" as I did in the beginning, it was never about Bush to me, although I do like him and I think he has a tremendous amount of courage, guts, determination. I see things in him that others don't and that's fine. Some ppl might like Senator Byrd from W. Virginia.. I cringe.. so I guess I know how you all feel about President Bush. I don't know what the future will bring I know that you want Peace and so do I but as long as there are men on earth I don't know if that's possible.
