Who's read Echo Heron's Books??

  1. I read Condition Critical.

I loved the book. I can't wait to get Intensive Care. I love her sense of humor.

Just finished her last: "Tending Lives". I enjoy her mystery novels, too. Really humorous. Nice to see a nurse who no longer has to put up with all the hospital crapola anymore!

I've only read the first one (at least I think it was the first one), and plan to read more--I loved it!

I've tried finding the mystery books without luck.

What book store did you get them from?

I read "Intensive Care" and enjoyed it. But I'm not rushing out to get the next one. I was satisfied with one.

I loved them all, I think I read them all...I haven't been able to find the fiction ones yet.

You can order E. Heron's mystery novels from Amazon.com, though I believe at least one of the mysteries is now out of print.

I can't keep the titles straight but, I liked the book that had stories from different nurses.

In the one where she just talked about her life....well after a while it just seemed like she focused on the negative side of nursing... and "I" did this and "I" fixed that...(and that's not very inspirational for a student, I need to focus on the good to get through school!)

I read the one where she just starts out. It was fabulous. It was like reading my life all over again. I wanted to give one to every patient who just doesn't get it. She is great. I wish I could have written them. Every time I sat down to start, I knew no one but the rest of us would believe it.

I read Intensive Care and Tending Lives--excellent reads, both of them. Especially liked the comments on 9/11 in Tending Lives.
