    i'm in vegas now, but was born and raised in kerens, tx.population 1400. one blinking light. original home of big tex. he was bought from kerens by the texas state fair years ago but he used to stand at the end of our main st. as santa claus. i know, more than you wanted to know.

    Northeast Washington.

    4 seasons, not a lot of snow, not a lot of heat, and a lot drier that that big city to the west.

    Also have 1 of the top 100 heart hospitals in the country here.

    Lived in the city of Evansville until I was 12. My parents bought some ground just west of USI (in Posey county) and we moved there. I graduated from Mt. Vernon. I used to work at Washington Square at the Sears store. My Dad was employed by Bristol Myers in Evansville....I come back about 6 times a year to visit.....except I haven't been able to come home for the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival in about 10 years and I am really longing for some of that great food on Franklin street!!!!
