My standard favourites are long island iced teas and martinis with the occassional bloody mary.

SoCo and Lime. Marghheritas and Pina Coladas. Straight up rum and coke.

I could give ya exotic ones but I dunno if the place you are going to is a good one or not...

My fav was a Daquiri with a chopstick floating in it handed to a medical officer. When he asked what it was he was told

"Why it is a Hickory Daquiri Doc!!!"

Fuzzy navel... peach schnapps and OJ. So good! Be careful of the variation that also adds vodka (unless that's what you like). I've heard that the variation is a Hairy belly button.

Makes me wanna mix up a cocktail !!
    So, what's in a duckfart??
    a B- 52 ??
    and,
a long island iced tea ????????

My fave in Colorado is a "Colorado Bulldog" made with Kaluha, cream, vodka, and coke - it is "layered." First pour cream, then kaluha, then vodka and lastly the coke....pretty and interesting to behold and delish...

Also, Tequila Sunrises will warm ya up.

And, can't beat a good ole "crown royal with a water back."

(A straight shot of Crown Royal with a glass of water if you feel the need to chase the crown with something. )
You can sip the Crown.... it is a fine sipper...doesn't sting or burn...and ,

don't feel you have to slug down a jigger in one slug... (not too ladylike)

This kind of drinkin keeps you from having to run to the lady's room all evening - like the beer and other mostly coke /7-up drinks do.

Spring Martini - Midori, Bombay Saphire, lemon juice (shaken, not stirred!)
    Painkiller
Vodka and lemonaide (a good summer cocktail)
