What's for supper

  1. I made broiled pork chops using a simple South Beach Diet recipe that was basically soy sauce, paprika and minced garlic. It was good. The garlic made it very good. A spinach salad and steamed fresh broccoli with olive oil finished it up. Desert is blueberries.

    Whatcha cookin'?

Broiled chicken with sweet and sour sauce and asparagas. An apple with cheddar cheese for dessert.

Tweety . . I'm gonna buy that recipe book. I saw it at Barnes and Noble on Saturday and almost bought it. Your dinner sounds really good.
