I just got home from my Thanksgiving tonight...and a turkey sandwich is sounding pretty good right now-if I can keep my eyes open long enough! My mom's weirdo brother and his family were no shows so we ended up with lots of leftovers to take home--Turkey, potatoes, whatever is left of the stuffing I brought and whatever else my mom threw in! I was thinking earlier that turkey a la king sounded really good-if there's some left!

Ok, I'm off for a snack

All we have left is about a pound of white turkey that will do to sandwithches and some pie that will likely be breakfast...I sent all of the leftovers home with my dinner guests.

With 2 teenagers and their friends, we don't usually have left overs. I do have some ham left over and I will make home made Mac & Cheese to go with that for dinner tonight.

We just had a big pot of homemade chili, boy was it ever good. It's real cold and windy here in the Hoosier state, and is a chili kinda day.
