Busy, busy day. Ever have one of those that just piles up on you before you know it?
I have a list a mile long to get done before bed. (Am going to do my level best to put exercise at least near the midpoint of priorites lol.)
But them I am reminded of that great quote:
It is better to offer no excuse than a bad one.

I am not good at making excuses - I can fool others but not myself
. No reason I can't pull 30 minutes out of the day to take care of my body.
What value do you place on your health? On your list of things to do, how many things truly trump that?

Raspberry Glazed Chicken
1/2 cup raspberry jam
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1-1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Prepare grill. (I use my broiler.) Brush rack with vegetable oil. Mix raspberry jam and mustard. Place chicken on grill, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, brushing frequently with the jam mixture and turning once, until juices run clear and center of chicken is no longer pink when thickest pieces are cut. Discard remaining jam mixture and serve chicken topped with raspberries.
